John Russell Morgan Jr.

Born on February 10, 1958 in Havre De Grace, Maryland to John R. Morgan Sr., and Patricia Morgan. Russ grew up in Arlington, Virginia. He was a graduate of the George Mason University, and the California Culinary Academy. Russ’s life experiences helped lay the foundation for a life dedicated to social justice, service and excellence.

Russ had a distinguished career in Financial Analysis at Levi Strauss in San Francisco California and Otis Spunkmeyer in San Leandro California. San Francisco was his beloved home for thirty years and memories of all his friends were always on his mind. He shared his exceptional culinary talent with all who were in his life as another manner of showing his love.

Russ legacy is marked by his dedication to his family and friends. He will be remembered with respect and admiration by all who knew him.

He is survived by his Spouse Anthony A. Flores of Martinsburg, West Virginia and Mother Patricia Morgan of Alexandria, Virginia.

Family and friends will be received at Rosedale Funeral Home on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 11am until the time of the Memorial Service at 12pm.
