

Residing in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Johnathan was known for his humorous, selfless, and kind-hearted nature.
Johnathan was a graduate of Hedgesville High, where he enjoyed playing football. His love for the sport continued throughout his life, as he cherished playing flag football and watching his favorite team, The Cowboys.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Amya Penwell, Noelle Ballou, and Noah Ballou; his mother, Sylvia; and his siblings, Jessica Baldwin, Juanita Baldwin, and Joseph Isreal. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his infant son Nathan Ballou, paternal grandparents, Charlie and Mary Ballou, and his uncles, Charlie L. Ballou and William Ballou.
Johnathan found joy in being outdoors, engaging in lawn care, four-wheeling, and paintballing with family and friends. His beloved presence enriched the lives of those around him, and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
