Joe's wise words will echo in my memory forever. He had a genuine way to say what he thought, sometimes comical but always from the heart. My only regret is not meeting you earlier in life. Until we meet again my friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. Joe was a wonderful neighbor and man. He was wonderful to me . Always a smile and a nice chat even when he was in the middle of working on the roads. He gave of his time to all of us neighbors by helping us with our roads, culverts and just being a really nice and helpful neighbor. He was a man with wonderful values and a love of life. I will miss him.

Joe was such a special man. I will always remember him for his genuine love of people, animals, and all of nature. He was one of the most honorable persons I’ve ever known. He loved his family, his community, his church, and his country. We have lost the presence of a great human being, but he will forever live on in our lives.
