Born on September 24, 1950 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Morrison and Della Schuler.
Judith always loved taking care of her family and enjoyed reading Amish books, cooking, and baking.
She is survived by her sons: Kenneth “Benny” Price, Roy Milburn Jr., and Joseph Price and wife Crystal; daughter, Vanessa Hess; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Betty Bowers and husband Jim; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Roy Milburn Sr.; son, Charles M. Price Jr.; brother, Jerry Morrison; and her sister, Patricia Hose.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Rosedale Funeral Home from 1pm until the time of the funeral service at 2pm. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
