Born on April 22, 1934 in Charles Town, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Cline Sr. and Dorothy Hardy.
Katherine loved God and her family and was a member of Crossroads Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Wilhide of Martinsburg; son, Robert L. Webb Jr. and wife, Nancy of Martinsburg; six grandchildren: DeWayne Ainsworth and wife, Shameka, Robert Webb III, Angela Webb, Kelsi Webb, Hannah Reedy, and Carly Reedy; sister, Shelva Norman and husband, Jim; brother, Melvin Cline Jr.; and several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Shutts; daughter, Brenda Reedy; and sisters: Betty Oden and Rachael Hutson.
Family and friends will be received at Rosedale Funeral Home on Friday, July 10, 2026 from 5-7pm.
Private interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
