Born August 02, 1929, in Charles Town, WV. She was the daughter of the late Charles Oliver Meadows and Pearl Meadows.
She is survived by her sons, Michael R. Walters (Jan) and John G. Walters (Brigitte) both of Charles Town. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, a special niece, Janet Barker, sister-in-law, Barbara Meadows, close friends, Linda Schmell and Pauline Lebida.
Lenora retired as Director of Berkeley County Council in Aging.
She was pre-deceased by both parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
The family would like to thank the management and staff of the Martinsburg Health Center, Berkeley County Medical Center ER Dept. and management and staff of Hospice of the Panhandle and caretaker Tracy Anderson.
A celebration of life will be held at Charles Town Baptist Church on July 8th, at 11am.
