Born on July 13, 1961, in Martinsburg, WV, to the late James Leroy and Sylvia Nicely.
She was a member of Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing and watching softball, spending quality time with her family, and listening to music.
Lisa is survived by her son, Anthony Nicely; siblings: Tina Segura and her husband Damian, Cynthia “Sissy” Nicely, Mark Nicely and his wife Cindy, Dana Ramirez and her husband Luis; along with several beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Lisa is preceded in death by her siblings: James Leroy “Tommy” Nicely Jr., Juanita “Needy” Nicely, Robin Arroyo, Tony Nicely, and baby Derrick.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home, on September 1, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Rosedale Funeral Home, on September 2, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Lisa will be laid to rest at Rosedale Cemetery.
