Born on June 23, 1951, he was the son of the late Lloyd L. Combs Sr. and Hattie I Combs of Winchester, Virginia.
Lloyd served his country in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Betty J. Combs; three sons: Michael Combs of Taneytown, Maryland, Christopher Combs of Gerrardstown, and Timothy Combs of Martinsburg; three sisters: Mary Atkins of Winchester, Virginia, Jane Savage of Thurmont, Maryland, and Vallorie Lockhart of Winchester, Virginia; three brothers: Richard Combs of Martinsburg, Dennis Combs of Winchester, Virginia, and Lynn Combs of Thurmont, Maryland; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Cacapon State Park in Berkeley Springs on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at 10am.
