She was born on October 6, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland and was the daughter of the late Charles “Skip” Miller and Shirley Seeders Miller.
In her spare time she enjoyed crafting, sewing and baking.
Lori was a Hedgesville High School graduate and was an employee of Lowes and The Christmas Tree Store.
She is survived by her children: Melissa Spiker and Brandon R. Mills; sisters: Susan Grier and husband John, Charlene Candy Pixler Johnson and husband Michael; and grandchildren: Alexas Spiker, Brittney Spiker and Matthew TJ Spiker.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Tyler D. Mills and her brother Kenneth W. Miller.
Private services for Lori will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home and Cemetery.
