Louise was born April 10, 1943, in Washington D. C., the daughter of Louis and Florence LaJoice.
She was preceded in death her parents, Louis and Florence LaJoice, and her sister, Leona Adams.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert W. Kerns; two children, Deanna M. Morgan and Robert W. (“JR”) Kerns; two grandchildren, Elle and Kellan Kerns; and siblings Ricky LaJoice and Nancy LaJoice.
Louise was an avid animal lover. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to The ResQ, 33 Bufflehead Dr., Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, 25425.
A service in her honor is to be set at a later date.
