My sincere condolences to the family of Ms. Cave.  Even though I never met Ms. Cave's family, based her sweet disposition I know she passed that on to her children.  I met Ms. Cave over a year a go at the Shenandoah Health Center.  She used to sit out in the front with Ms. Morrision and Ms. Lee.  Ms. Lee tended to call her Mama which I believe tickled her.  I grew very fond of her sweet nature.  She loved her back scratcher since she used it to get things she couldn't reach.  I looked forward to going and visiting her every Sunday night.  Unfortunately, my  aunt had passed and I didn't go in every Sunday the past several months.  I recall going in one night with my niece and ask Ms. Morrison and Ms. Cave if they would like an ice cream from Dairy Queen.  The sweet ladies they were couldn't resist ice cream!!  Ms. Cave said, "Oh honey, you don't have to do that cause I don't have any money in my drawer."  Ms. Morrison spoke up and said, "It's ok Izzy, he said he was going to buy it!!!"  At that point I knew they both wanted it!!! Once I received permission, I went to Dairy Queen.  They absolutely loved it!!!  That is one thing I will always remember.  In addition, she loved her little dog.  But, she said you could not separate the dog (forgot the name) from her daughter.  I know she loved the visits when the dog came to visit.  She will always be in my thoughts and I will always cherish our conversations.  She is at peace and I can imagine the smile on her face in heaven.  May the peace of God be with all of the family and may you find strength in knowing she is with our heavenly father.
