Born on July 6, 1949 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Stacy Hughes and Pearl (Bivens) Hughes
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard R. Fisher; son, Kevin Butts Sr.; granddaughter, Ashley Wright; and great-grandchild, Finnley Myers.
She is survived by two brothers: Bernie Hughes and Stacy Hughes; children: Christopher Yates, Theresa Yates, Pearl Hallman, Kimberly Bowers, and Kirstie Butts (Roger Butts); grandchildren: Kevin Butts Jr, Sean Butts, Sara Nolan (Patrick), Valerie Myers (Ben), Jessica Vicenty (Luis), Tyler Bowers (Autumn), Bee Flowers, Andrew Mills, Michael Butts, and Richard Butts; and twenty great-grandchildren.
Services will be private. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
