She was born on August 10, 1973 in Hagerstown, Maryland and was the daughter of Jay Vaughn and Valerie Hovis.
Michele loved being around family and friends and always hosted holiday family dinners. She enjoyed cooking and watching her favorite team, The Dallas Cowboys play football.
She is survived by her daughter Kaitlin Warner; parents Jay Vaughn and Valerie Hovis; brothers; Michael Vaughn and Justin Hess and many nieces and nephews.
Michele is preceded in death by her husband Richard Warner and maternal grandmother Marian Goetz.
Services will be held at a later date.
