

Nathan found great joy in spending time with his family and creating lasting memories with those he loved. He especially enjoyed attending concerts with his mother, an activity that brought them both happiness and a special bond. Nathan was known as the light of the room, bringing laughter and smiles wherever he went. Though sometimes reserved at first, his warm personality, and sense of humor shined brightly once you got to know him.
A wealth of knowledge on countless subjects, Nathan was often considered the family's "Wealth of knowledge." He found great enjoyment in researching diverse subjects, constantly expanding his knowledge across a wide range of fields and sharing the information with anyone who was around. He was a true movie expert, always ready with recommendations, or memorable quotes. He had a deep love for animals and enjoyed spending his free time playing video games on his Xbox.
Nathan is survived by his devoted parents: Laurie A. (Gates) Vasbinder and Robert W. Vasbinder; his brothers: Brandon R. Vasbinder and Jordan W. Vasbinder; maternal grandmother, Jean A. (Gilpatrick) Gates; paternal grandmother, Donna L. (Waite) Vasbinder; aunt, Sherri L. Berkey; aunt, Melissa S. (Vasbinder) Lester and her husband, George L.; aunt, Lori A. (Vasbinder) Pangborn and her husband, Todd S.; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who will cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Donald L. Gates; paternal grandfather, Charles R. Vasbinder; and his aunt, Danielle L. Vasbinder.
His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will continue to cherish the laughter, love, and joy he brought into their lives.
A celebration of life will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on Sunday, June 27, 2026, at 1:00pm.
