Born December 12, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Hubert G. and Lena V. Abshire Slonaker.
Neva was a seamstress and sewed for all of the local military, law enforcement, ROTC, local school sports, and many others.
She is survived by three sons: Leslie B. Richardson (Mickey) and wife, Leona, Wayne C. Richardson, and Kevin B. Richardson (K.B.); nine grandchildren and their spouses; numerous great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie B. Richardson Sr.; one son, Dale R. Richardson (Iceman); one sister, Isabelle Fultz; one brother, Hubert J. Slonaker; and one grandson, Matthew Richardson.
Due to the current virus, services will be private. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Panhandle.
