It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pamela Cruse, who was born on July 26, 1957, in Honolulu, HI. She passed away on December 22, 2023, at her home in Martinsburg, WV. Pamela will always be remembered for her kind heart, infectious smile, and her love for her family and friends. She is survived by her brother, Kenneth Ruscoe; son, William Cruse; daughter, Barbara Stotler; and her two grandchildren: Abigail Stotler and Uriah Cruse. Pamela will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
