Born on July 13, 1946 in Alexandria, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late John and Ida Wilson of Harpers Ferry.
She is survived by her children: Debra Cooper and Dorothy “Katie” Torres both of Harpers Ferry, and Gerald David Huffman of Gulfport, Mississippi; brother, John “Bill” Wilson of Harpers Ferry; ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerald “Butch” Huffman; brother, Steve L. Wilson; and sister, Charlene “Shorty” Martin.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 6-8pm at Rosedale Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 1pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
