He loved guns, vintage cars and going to the beach. Reginald was so proud of his grandson Lukas Hess for being in the Army serving his country and being a Martinsburg City Fireman.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte of 35 years, Children: Kenneth Hess and wife Anne Hess, sisters in-law: Judy Childs, Pam Hansrote, and Linda Hansrote: brother in-law Doug Beitzel, Debbie and family, grandchildren: Lukas, Jesse and Chole, and special friends during his lifetime Ralph, Jim, Dave, Bill, Jimmy, Glen, Kim and Art. Reginald loved to be with friends and enjoyed going to McDonalds for coffee and hash browns.
Reginald is preceded in Death by Numerous Brothers and Sisters.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
