Born October 16, 1946, he was the son of the late Walter and Evelyn Cochran.
Richard will be missed by his four children, Richard, Delores, Dorinda, and Christopher; one brother William; three sisters, Marjorie, Jean, and Abbie; nine grandchildren and his loyal dog, Peanut.
In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by one brother, Walter; and three sisters, Doris, Shirley, and Gerry.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 1pm at Rosedale Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior.
Interment will immediately follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
