Born on December 25, 1952 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Thomas and Genevieve Miller.
Rickey was a graduate of Musselman High School and work at Corning Glass for 30 years. He enjoyed tinkering with things in his garage, playing cards, and buying cars.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Janet Miller; son, Steven Miller and wife, Candy; grandson, Trenton Fox; step-grandson, Zack Roppolo; brothers: Glenn Miller and Thomas Miller, and his wife, Dorothy; sister, Wendy Hess and her husband, Daniel; brother-in-law, Richard Church; and two grand-puppies: Lucy and Bella.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Carrie Church; and sister-in-law, Darlene Miller.
Private services will be held at a later date.
