Born March 4, 1954 in Frederick, Maryland he was the son of the late Paul Long Sr. and Della (Griffith) Long.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Pam (Miller) Long; brother, Paul Long JR.; niece, Paula Hess and stepdaughter Jody miller.
He worked for Washington County Roads Department (Keedysville, Maryland) and retired from there after many years of dedicated service. He liked watching Football, Nascar racing, and Western TV Shows.
Mr. Long is survived by his son Brad; daughter Heather and four grandchildren; stepdaughter Jamey and husband Jamie; step son Jason and wife Shelley; five step grandchildren; sister Bernice Lloyd of Williamsport, Maryland (originally from Keedysville, Maryland) ; nieces Jamie and husband Jamie (son Julien), Shannon and husband Eric, Kristina and husband Josh and Cathy; nephews Charlie and Scott and several cousins and aunts.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
