She was born on September 16, 1953 in Cumberland, Maryland and was the daughter of the late James and Betty Eells.
Roxy loved to spend time with family and friends. She enjoyed playing Bingo and going on cruises.
She is survived by her son: Christopher Custer and wife Maranda; Granddaughter, Brittany Custer; Brothers: James Eells, Bill Armolt, Richard Armolt, and Ron Armolt; sisters: Shirley Edwards and Debbie McGuire; life partner of 46 years, Tommy Wall and numerous nieces and nephews.
Roxy’s memorial service for family and friends will be held at Martinsburg Station Clubhouse on Sunday February 13, 2022 from 12-3 pm.
