Almost two years. Reading our texts.

You were one of those people that made me feel like a normal human being. I am sad that we lost contact. Radiohead, black labs, and 9/11 will always make me think of you. Thank you for being a good, thoughtful, kind person.

Ryan, im really glad to of seen you, even if for a short evening when i visited martinsburg after not living there for 20 years.  We were in bands together and you were a good friend. Thank you for being a good guy and always know i thought about you on a regular basis. R.i.p. brother

I can't believe it's been almost a year. I finally found the strength to pull out the old camcorder video of that Christmas, 15 years ago, with Gary, Chris, & Vanessa. To see you again, to hear your voice again... That voice I haven't heard in almost a year... You're on there telling me a story about how Radiohead makes the music first then writes the lyrics. How I miss our conversations, about music , books, life. I miss you so much it's hard to bear. I never thought there would ever be a time in my life that I couldn't just talk to you whenever I wanted too. I love you so much.

It has been years since we have spoken. So many years spent in a band together, hanging out and just talking about anything. He really was a unique person, and I have many great memories of Ryan. I only found out today...and it is a sad day indeed. Sympathy to his family and all that experienced good times with him. R.I.P

Losing someone is hard for everyone most especially to my closest friend Rhenalaine who was in a relationship with Ryan. I was also blessed to have been part of their love story. In a span of 6 months time, I could say that Ryan was a good soul, we could sense it with his sincere gestures during skype sessions. I know in my heart that he truly loved Rhen & that my friend felt the same way, too! His plan to visit the Philippines in April because of Rhen will remain in our hearts. The memories he left behind will forever remain in Rhen's heart and to all the people who have known him in this lifetime whom he had touched. To his Mom & Dad, Jason, I know that in this time of sorrow, words of comfort will somehow help heal your hearts. Please accept our deepest sympathy. Ryan, travel well and may you rest in God's loving arms...

Several months ago I was blessed to meet Ryan online. From that day forward,every single morning I would receive the sweetest messages from him. We shared a love for the lord and we would talk for hours about everything and nothing and still never want to say goodbye. At one point,my church had a 3 day retreat without cellphones or computers. My family would joke "how will you survive 3 days without Ryan". They were right,it was a very long retreat. As we became closer he was able to meet some of my family and friends and everyone thought he was very nice. The past week has been very difficult but I want to thank Mr and Mrs Walsh and Jason for reaching out to me and including me in their thoughts and prayers. It means so much to me. I truly love Ryan with all my heart !

I've known ryan a little under a year and still shocked at how fast it happened. Ryan you were a great soul and a pleasure to have known you.. You will be missed..

Also, I'm making a donation to the animal shelter because I know that's what you would want me to do, in your memory.

Ryan was my son's best friend since they were both around 13 years old. I have never known a sweeter soul then Ryan. Soft spoken, kind hearted and loved Jesus very much, he can be no other place now then in the arms of the Lord. Im so happy I was able to spend a little time with him this past summer, I just pray he knew that I loved him. This world is not quite as bright as it once was, because some of its light left for heaven. See you in heaven Ryan, love you.

I heard so many good things about Ryan, I didnt know him personialy but yet I felt I knew him.  Ryan rejoicing with the lORD.
