Trudy Ann Ankers

Trudy Ann Ankers, 60, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday May 9, 2021. She was born July 15, 1960. She was the daughter of late Stuart Franklin Lentz Sr. and Irene Peggy Lentz. Trudy was known for her love of the farm and baking. She could often be found in her kitchen baking something very delicious or in her garden with her flowers and ponds with fish. She spent most of her time with loving husband Austin Ankers and dog Sierra Mist. They all enjoyed their trips to Tads dairy barn and Nutters. Trudy was a loving wife, mother, grandma, and friend. You would often find her bragging about husband, daughter, grandkids, and adventures with friends. Trudy is survived by her husband Austin Ankers, Daughter and future son in law Cora Lentz and Jeremy Zeis, Stepson and daughter in law Donny and Lorie Ankers, stepson Mark Ankers. Two dogs Sierra Mist and Maddie Mae. Brother Stuart Lentz Jr., Sister Sharon Lentz-Dudrow, Brother Arthur Lentz, Sister Susan Burner. 6 Grandchildren; Keith Ankers, Nicholas Ankers, Zachary Ankers, Makenzie Zeis, Katy Zeis, and Jeremy Zeis Jr.

Friends will be received Thursday May 20, 2021 from 6-8pm at Rosedale Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 11am Friday May 21, 2021 at Rosedale Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Butler. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.

There will also be a fellowship meal to follow.
