Victor M. Fowler, 62, of Bunker Hill, WV, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 7, 2011 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born January 16, 1949 in Martinsburg, WV, he was the son of the late John T. and Nettie O. Fowler.
He is US Navy Veteran and a member of the National Rifle Association.
He is survived by his daughter, Candace Fowler of Martinsburg, four brothers, Joseph M. Cyhanick of Martinsburg, Marion “Dook” Cyhanick of Martinsburg, Warren Fowler of Martinsburg, and Terry Fowler of Chambersburg, PA.
He is also survived by a dear friend, Betty Poling of Martinsburg, his fiancée Melissa Hutzler of Bunker Hill, a foster daughter Britney Haines-Gerver of Bunker Hill, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6-8 PM, Friday, February 11, 2011 at Rosedale Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Rosedale Funeral Home with Rev. William Crowe officiating.
Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
