Victor Wayne Miller Jr.

Victor Wayne Miller Jr., a devoted and kind-hearted man, went to be with the Lord on April 10, 2025 surrounded by his family, at the age of 61. Born on November 4, 1963 in Martinsburg, he was the beloved son of the late Victor Miller Sr. and Patricia Price.

Vic served in the United States Army from 1981 to 1983 and later medically retired from the concrete business.

He is survived by his loving wife of forty years, Betty Plotner Miller, and their children: sons Victor (Kayla) and Justin (Jenn), and daughter Brittany (Michael). Vic was a proud grandfather to Aiden, Devyn, Bentley, Blake, Karsyn, Wesley, and Dillion. He is also survived by two sisters and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one brother.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 11:00 am to the start of the funeral service at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Victor Miller, Justin Miller, Aiden Miller, Devyn Miller, Kenny Albright, and Austin Albright. Honorary pallbearers will be Dillion Shaw, Bentley Miller, David Kane, and Richard Kane.
