Born October 3, 1923 in Berkeley Springs, she was the daughter of the late Sanford Messner and Letha Hovermale.
She is survived by two sons, four daughters, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Fowler, Sr.
Friends will be received at Rosedale Funeral Home on Wednesday from 12pm until the time of the funeral service at 1pm. Entombment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
