Born on April 9, 1990 in Augusta, Georgia, he was the son of Clifford Goings and Rhonda Frazier.
William was a 2008 graduate of Butler High School in Augusta, Georgia, and served in the United States Army for six years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancé, Ansley Yates; his children: Iliana Goings and Edaline and Fergus Goings; his sisters: Alisha Mooga, and Crystal and her husband Ryan Dillon and their son Cody; and close friends: Scott Ivey and Cody Mabrey.
