

She was born on September 21, 1967 in Everett, Washington to Louie and Mary Ann “Cookie” Moses.
Dee has worked at the Old Tulalip Casino and The Old Bingo for a number of years. She liked stick games very much. Dee also loved sculpting and carving. She loved to travel when she could. Dee loved being around family. She really, really, loved her Y & R. Dee also loved watching her Vancouver Canucks.
She is survived by her husband, Andrew Bill; children, Nathan Rush, Joseph Bill, Allen Bill, Phillip Bill (Jennifer), Dawn Bill (John Cook); grandchildren, Phillip Bill Jr. and Kamowis Bill, Dakota, Desmond, Dahawnee Moses, Jarret and Chayton Hannigan; brothers, G. John Enick Jr., Francis Eugene Enick, Michael C. Enick; Sister, Lynn Sheryl Selam (John). She had numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Ramona Williams and Albert and Annie Moses; her parents, Louie and Mary Ann “Cookie” Moses; brother, Clifford George Enick; nephew, Johnny Ray “Buddy” Enick; Children, Andrew Williams Bill Jr.; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Visitation on Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home with an Interfaith service to follow at 6:00 PM at the Tulalip Gym. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the Tulalip Gym with burial to follow at Mission Beach Cemetery.
