She was born November 14, 1917 in Everett, WA to Edward and Selma Brandt. She graduated from Everett High School. Frances was married to LeRoy Stevens for 45 years until he passed in 1982. She worked at Alpine Restaurant in Everett for many years. She was a Pea Truck Driver and was given the nickname “Sailor”.
She is survived by her children, Sharon (Herman) Blegen, Celeste Ella Stevens-Graham, Adrian Stevens and Mark Stevens; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
At her request no services will be held.
