Halo was born on September 26, 1921 to Ole and Eva Larson in Camrose, Alberta. Halo loved music and led many choirs in her church. She was an avid gardener who generously shared flowers from her garden. Halo and Merall lived in downtown Lake Stevens for 52 years. They had numerous foster children throughout the years, influencing each one with their love and faith. Halo ran the Peony House Bed and Breakfast in their home, with guests enjoying her giftedness in cooking and hospitality. Halo was also an artist. Many of her oil and watercolors hang in her family's homes. Halo dearly loved her Lord, her family, her church, and her many friends.
