He was born August 16, 1991 to Chris and Misty in Seattle, Washington.
Justin loved to camp, skateboard, and snowboard. He loved animals and cared for everybody.
He is survived by his mother, Misty Taylor; his father, Chris Custer; his grandparent Roy Taylor; his sister, Jessica Taylor.
A celebration of Justin’s life will be held at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 3, 2014 with a reception to follow at the American Legion Hall Post 178, 119 Cedar Ave., Marysville. Donations may be made to the NOAH Animal Adoption Center, 31300 Brandstrom Rd, Stanwood, WA 98292.
