I was lucky enough to work with Marsha at Madison Elementary School. Oh my goodness, we shared so many conversations and belly laughs about the every day happenings at an elementary school. Marsha had the sweetest smile and a mischievous little twinkle in her eye. She was so proud of her family and was always eager to share stories about them and their good works.
Marsha will be forever missed! RIP.

I write with mixed emotions about a dear friend, Marsha Prestwich. We became friends during a time of many challenges and trials for both of us. Eventually she moved to Marysville, and I have moved on to Missouri, but we have always shared a bond of friendship and mutual support for each other. Now she has moved to the other side of the veil as we all will some day. I am grateful that she no longer has to suffer from arthritis and that she is basked in the light of Christ.
Many of us cherish memories of Marsha's willingness to accompany us in delightful musical numbers. Her generous hospitality "throwing together" a delicious meal from what's in the fridge and cupboards was a gift she took for granted.
I have a special memory of Marsha. She actually loaned me her shoes on many occasions so that we could go to singles dances together. Another sweet and enduring memory is her tradition of making unique ornaments for the Christmas tree every year. Memories of her will live on long after her passing.
