A celebration of life will be held for Rocio at 11:00 AM at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home, 804 State Ave, Marysville, WA 98270. A graveside will follow at 1:00 PM at the Arlington Cemetery, 20310 67th Ave, Arlington, WA 98223.
