Sandy was a fellow Union Representative during her USDA employment. Having shared professional experiences with me, to enhance both our union leadership and directorship, Sandy was the most forward thinking and active union President that I have ever known. She knew how to handle any situation presented to her,  with care and empathy. 
Well done Sandy. Thank you for being in my life. Miss you.
