GALANTE, Aurora M., 97 on July 7, 2012, of North Massapequa. Loving and amazing women who will be deeply missed. Beloved wife of the late Leonardo for 52 years of marriage. Devoted mother of Larry and Joseph. Cherished grandmother of Aurora, Amanda, and Tatyana. Loving great grandmother of Daniel. Aurora is retired from the New York City Department of Health where she was a clerk for the Medical Examiner. She also enjoyed gardening and knitting.

~ Family and friends can visit on Monday and Tuesday between the hours of 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. at James Funeral Home 540 Broadway Massapequa ~ Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. at Maria Regina RC Church, 3945 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford,NY 11783 ~ Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park Cemetery ~
