NEWMAN, Dorothy H., of Massapequa, NY passed on of November 24, 2011. Beloved wife of 60 years of the late James who was a Navy WWII Veteran who passed away July 21, 2011. Loving son, Keith Newman. Cherished grandmother of Chris and Katie. Dorothy loved to crochet in her spare time. She was deeply religious in her faith. She had worked as a administrative assistant. Family and friends are welcome to James Funeral Home on Monday 2 to 4:30 and 7 to 9:30 pm, November 28, 2011. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, in Massapequa Park. Interment to follow to Calverton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
