Eileen was a kind soul and one who will be deeply missed. It’s been a while since I have seen her but I have fond memories which I will cherish. One of them was her getting ready to go out in the evening during her high school years,I saw the world largest hair rollers, like soda cans (never saw them before since our sis the youngest was just a little one then) and most recently I saw her at Dowling Gardens while visiting with Aunt Maggie and then again at Sean’s confirmation party, Eileen was just so kind and welcoming to me with a great laugh too. I only hope that she was greeted at the gates of Heaven by a whole bunch of Angels including Aunt Mary (Lady Pryor) who welcomed her “Ei Pie” home.
I send my sincere condolences and prayers of comfort to Her husband Charlie, her children, and to all my Queens Village McManus Cousins during this most difficult time. Eileen is the newest link of our chain in Heaven.☘️

The Broken Chain - Unknown

We little knew that morning
that God was going to call your name,
in life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,
and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
☘️❤️
Peace and Hugs~
Love,
Cousin Brendan

Even though I haven't seen Eileen in many years this saddens me so. She was always fun to be with and have some good laughs with.

Kayleigh and Briana Marmion

March 2, 2020

Growing up with the McManus clan was an entertaining experience. Prior to Briana and Kayleigh, the clan was dominated by all boys cousins. Our mom decided to switch things up by adding the only two girls to the crew in '89 and '92. So what had been birthdays and holidays filled with basketballs and board games changed into ballerinas and barbie dolls. At the forefront of this change over was our Aunt Eileen; always at the ready with her girly gifts for our birthdays and Christmas. We swear that based on her reaction you would think she'd been waiting 20 years to finally have girls to share things with! As we prepare for a proper send off to our Aunt Eileen, we promise to put an extra sparkly set of earrings on with an extra coat of lipstick in her honor. From your nieces, your girly girls, we love you and will miss you, Aunt Eileen.

Eileen was Truly a Beautiful Soul both Inside & Out. Without doubt, she will be Greatly Missed by All who Knew and Loved her, but most especially, by her Family. I Pray that You All find Comfort knowing that she is at Peace, and was Greeted by All Your Loved Ones who have passed on before at Heavens Gate. Being an extended part of the McManus Family growing up, I can only imagine the Homecoming they had for Eileen in Heaven ❤ It breaks my heart I can't be there for you now, but please know that Each & Everyone of You, are in my Thoughts and Prayers. Sending Much Love from NC at this Very Sad Time. ~ Marjorie
