

Born on November 15, 1936, in Astoria, New York, Jean was the beloved daughter of Charles Colombo and Jean Sicoli. She was the cherished sister of Charlotte Arciello.
Known affectionately as "Jeanie" by those who loved her, she had a gentle spirit and a heart full of compassion. She was always thinking of others, constantly checking in on her family and friends and making sure everyone was doing well. Her kindness, warmth, and caring nature touched the lives of all who knew her.
Jeanie found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved coloring and knitting, hobbies that reflected her creative spirit and patient nature. She was also a devoted fan of Tom Jones and looked forward to attending his concerts, where her enthusiasm and love for his music brought her great happiness.
Jeanie will be remembered for her generous heart, her unwavering concern for those she loved, and the many fond memories she created with family and friends. Her gentle presence and loving spirit will be deeply missed but forever treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her sister, Charlotte Arciello, along with many loving relatives and dear friends who will continue to honor her memory.

Visitation will be held at James Funeral Home, 540 Broadway, Massapequa, NY 11758, US, on July 24, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Burial will take place at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, US, on July 25, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
