Joseph Abitabile.
Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
September 28, 1942- May 17th, 2025.
If you knew our Dad, you already know he would do anything for anyone at any time.
He loved to tell stories, and maybe, maybe not... embellished just a tad.
Everyone knew Joe. Our childhood and neighborhood friends still called him,
"Mr. A".
Life-long friends that are like family would call him, "Big Joe", "Jo Jo", and even "The Hulk". If you know, you know 😉.
He was a picky eater (let's not go there 😉), yet had to have his hot pepper on almost everything.
He drove super slow, yet was never late... Never!
His greatest treasures were his wife, two children, and three grandchildren. He loved being a Grandpa!
But his biggest greatest love of all was his wife of 61 years, Dolores. He definitely drove her crazy 😉 (and he knew it). But his love and concern for her was always apparent and immeasurable.
So many stories and so many memories. Thank you for all you were, for all you did, and for all that you taught your children to be.
You will be missed beyond words. But we will find comfort in knowing you are no longer in pain. No more.
May you feel the warmth of the sun always and rest in eternal peace.
We'll Love You Always ❤️
