Dad I miss you. I learned a lot since you fell asleep. It comforts me to know that you, mom and john and the 4 little ones are only sleeping and you all are assured of eternity in Jehovah's paradise earth. I have never been the same without you, the good is that I feel I became more like you. I love you mom and Johnny .

There is no way to express how much we loved Pop Pop. All of us grandchildren share an unbreakable bond of love with our Pop Pop. We could run to him when we were upset with our parents and he would just scoop us right up. We loved our parents but we LOVED our Pop Pop. Never will I ever know another like him until we meet again on a Paradise earth. In this hope Pop firmly believed because he made a thorough search of the scriptures. He read the Bible daily, did not miss his meetings of worship to Jehovah and regularly followed Jesus' command to go out and make disciples by preaching door to door in the ministry. I can think of no better modern day example to imitate. May we draw close to Jehovah as he drew close to Jehovah and then Jehovah will draw close to us. Let us all cling to Jehovah not because of Pop Pop but because of the evidence provided by his life's course that living for Jehovah is simply the BEST way of life.
