Mark Andrew Perez

Mark Andrew Perez, beloved and devoted, passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 56. Residing in Dickson, Tennessee, Mark's generous and compassionate spirit touched the lives of many. Born on October 21, 1968, Mark was a humorous, inspirational, and thoughtful individual who lived his life full of kindness and selflessness.

Mark was a loving father to Matthew and Dylan, whom he co-parented with Rina. He was a beloved sibling to John (Carissa), Doreen (Gary), and Denise (Ed), and a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A man of many talents, Mark loved 80's rock, and was a gifted musician, notably as a drummer. He was also an artist, skilled in both drawing and computer graphic designs. His wisdom and kindness often saw him as the life of the party, always ready with an uplifting joke that could make anyone feel like everything would be okay. He was a rock and anchor to his loving family, and he will be missed tremendously.

Mark was very funny and often said he missed his calling to be a comedian. He was always available to listen, offering his time without judgment. An avid sports fan, Mark loved his Denver Broncos, and now he cheers for them in heaven, offering his "Mile High Salute" to his cherished family and beloved team.

Visitation will be held on August 4, 2025, at James Funeral Home, 540 Broadway, Massapequa, NY, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on August 5, 2025, at Maria Regina Roman Catholic Church, 3945 Jerusalem Ave, Seaford, NY, from 9:45 am to 10:45 am. Interment will follow at North Babylon Cemetery, Livingston Ave, Babylon, NY, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
