MODESTA CURTI, of Massapequa on February 5, 2012. Beloved wife of 55 years to Frank. Devoted mother of Paula, Michael and Louise. Loving grandmother of Kalan, Matthew, Alyssa, Jimmy, Nicholas and Alana. Cherished great grandmother of Orobona on the way. Modesta was a retired cook from the Berner Jr. High School. She loved to bake and knit in her spare time. But most of all spending time with her grandchildren and family was what she cherished the most.
Visitation will be on Monday, February 6, 2012 ~ 2 to 4:30 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 9:45 am at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, 855 Carmens Road, Massapequa Park, NY 11762. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn Road, Farmingdale, New York.
