Nicholas Dolzani (March 6, 1955 - March 31, 2024). Nicholas Dolzani, a cherished husband, devoted father. A beloved member of the community, passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 69. Born on March 6, 1955, Nicholas brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.
Nicholas was the loving husband of Elaine Dolzani, and together they shared a bond that was as strong as it was enduring. He was the proud father of two daughters Allison and Michelle, whose lives he enriched with his unwavering love and guidance. Loving brother to Theresa and Joanie. Devoted brother-in-laws and nieces and nephews. Nicholas found immense joy in his work as a construction inspector, where his skillful hands and meticulous attention to detail earned him admiration and respect. His passion for his profession was evident in every project he undertook. A true water enthusiast, Nicholas felt most at home when surrounded by the serene beauty of the water. Whether it was fishing, boating, or simply basking in the tranquility of the waves, Nicholas's love for the water was palpable to all who knew him. He practically lived on the water, finding solace and joy in its depths. In addition to his love for the water, Nicholas adored his three beloved dogs: Lucy, Pebbles, and Carmela. They were not just pets but cherished members of the family, bringing him endless companionship and joy. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. A Mass in celebration of Nicholas's life will be held at St. Martin of Tours in Amityville, with the time to be determined. Nicholas Dolzani will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love will forever be remembered and cherished. May he rest in eternal peace.
