Theodore L. Leffler

Leffler, Theodore L of Plainview, formerly of Johnstown,Pennsylvania on October 4, 2013. Survived by Marie Bridgewater. Beloved father of Theodore Jr. (Jennifer), Robin Leffler- Kluger (Marc) and Laura Denning (Kenneth). Loving grandfather of Zachary and Jessica Kluger and Taylor and Jack Denning. Dear brother of Mary Gosline and the late John. Theodore was a United States Army Veteran. Also A Massapequa High School Biology teacher and past member of the West Babylon Fire Department. Loved to collect coins and beer cans. Theodore was a volunteer at the Branford Connecticut Trolley Museum.

He was also a recipient of a heart transplant in 2001. Family and friends can visit on Tuesday October 8th. between the

hours of 2:00 to 4:30 and 7:00 to 9:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday October 9th. 10:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, 455 Hunter Avenue, West Islip. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton New York.

In Lieu of Flowers donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
