Theresa A. Cleary

Theresa A. Cleary, 77, passed away on June 3, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a devoted wife to Ray, her loving husband of 54 years, and a cherished mother to Kelly and Raymond (Liz). Theresa was a proud grandmother to Mackenzie, Mason, and Reagan, and a beloved sister to Kathleen Giardina. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph DeSole.

Theresa was the heart of her family, known for her incredible cooking, warm spirit, and unwavering devotion. She loved traveling with Ray, especially to Aruba, where they renewed their vows. A passionate dancer, she and Ray lit up the floor to 60s music. Theresa enjoyed casino slots and lived life vibrantly, always fighting with unyielding strength. Her selflessness and love for helping others left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed by family, friends, and her cousin, who held a special place in her heart.

Visitation will be held at James Funeral Home on Sunday, June 8, from 2-5 PM and 7-9 PM. A Mass will take place on Monday, June 9, at Maria Regina Church in Seaford at 9:45 AM, followed by interment at Calverton National Cemetery.
