PETER PARATTO age 97, born August 13, 1923 in Cover, Pennsylvania. Found work in Cleveland, Ohio at the age of 16. Enjoyed hunting and fishing in the woods and streams of Pennsylvania. Played baseball as catcher 1953-1964 in the Cuyahoga Valley League for Lyndhurst, played softball into his 50’s, then picked up and enjoyed golf. Worked 40+ years at Betchures Manufacturing. Served in the U.S. Army in WWII in the Pacific, Philippines and Bougainville. Beloved husband of the late Yolanda (nee Rezzolla) for 66 years; dearest father of Nancy (Russell) Seifert, Richard (Rose) Paratto, Marie Paratto, Paul (Christine) Paratto and Joseph (Kimberly) Paratto; devoted grandfather of Scott, Rick, Gina, Andrea, Dominic and Michael; great grandfather of 8 and great great grandfather of 2; son of the late Peter and Anna Paratto, dear brother of Robert and the following deceased Fred, Richard, Ralph, George, Rena, Alice, Lilian, Ruth and Dorothy. My deepest sympathy to all of Petes family. I worked with Pete for about 35 at Bettchers.. Pete and. me bowled together for a number of years.After I moved my family to Euclid we would taken turns driving to work. Paul you probably won’t remember this but you sold my father in law (Sam Apidone) a home in Eastlake a number of years ago.

My deepest sympathy to all of the family . Pete and I worked At Bettchers for 35 years and bowled together for a number of years. When I moved my family to Euclid we would take turns driving to work. Paul you probably don’t remember this but you sold my father in law ( Sam Apidone)a new home in Eastlake a long time ago.
