Cahterine Lautanen

LAUTANEN CATHERINE M. LAUTANEN (nee Masters), age 82. Born March 24, 1929 in Cleveland, passed away April 4, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Ralph L.; dearest mother of Robert D. Eckerman (Shirley); loving grandmother of Melissa of San Francisco CA, Lindi of Dallas TX and Robert of Cleveland; dear daughter of the late Walter and Catherine (nee Weisbarth); cherished sister of Honora Jacobs (Fred), Violet Winchester (John, deceased), Viola Dobosz (Bob), Phillip Masters (Audrey), and the late Eleanor Rees (Tom), Walter Masters and Margorie Fisk.

Catherine made her home in Euclid for more than 50 years and was a retired Euclid School System employee. She was a doll collector and maker, and had a passion for playing the Ohio Lottery. Catherine was a devoted daughter, loving wife and mother and fantastic grandmother. Her son, Robert, was a 1971 graduate of Euclid High School and a 1975 graduate of The Ohio State University. In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to the American Cancer Society , 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, 44106. NO SERVICES. Interment private, Whitehaven Cemetery.
