Barbara Kabler

Barbara Ann Kabler, 75, resident of Poplar St in Dover died January 5, 2013 at Meadow view Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Kabler was born in Maysville, August 7, 1937 the daughter of the late Loren and Edna Fortune Blankenship. She was a member of the Dover Christian Church and had retired from Wald Mfg. Co as an inspector after 31 years of service. She is survived by her husband Hollis H. Kabler, three sons Hollis E. (Sylvia) Kabler of Dover, Mike (Laura) Kabler of Dover, and Tim (Debi) Kabler of Germantown, three daughters Kim Rankin of Maysville, Patricia (Rick) Combs of Aberdeen, and Valerie (Lin) Kabler of Isle of White, England, ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one sister Kathy (Denver) Ratliff of Mobile, AL. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Segreed Kabler and two brothers Robert Blankenship and Jerry Blankenship. Services for Barbara Ann Kabler will be Wednesday, 1 P.M. at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Perkins officiating. Mrs. Kabler’s six grandsons will serve as pallbearers and the honorary pall bearers will be Jim Poole, David Rankin, and Bill Montgomery. Burial will follow in the Rosemont Cemetery.
