Betty Tracy Wallingford

Maysville - Betty Jayne Tracy Wallingford, 81, of Maysville, Kentucky died January 19, 2016 at the Meadowview Regional Medical Center. She was the widow of Charles Estill Wallingford who died June 21, 1998. Mrs. Wallingford formerly owned and operated the Beaute Nook Salon in Maysville. She was born in Livingston County, KY on April 12, 1934 the daughter of the late Samuel Terah Tracy and Willis Burton Mitchell Tracy. Survivors include her four daughters, Penny Wallingford, Lisa Wallingford and Carla Wallingford all of Maysville, KY and Tracy Mitchell (Doug) of Ewing, KY; three grandchildren, Cody Mitchell, Wesley Mitchell and Erin Moore and one great grandchild, Abigail Jayne Moore. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Floyd, Samuel, James and Bill Tracy and two sisters, Frances Moreland and Ruth Tracy. A family directed memorial service will be announced at a later date. Cremation services were provided by the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
